The service page gives you access to maintenance functions without having to log in. The functions provided (firmware update, system backup, support archive) should not harm operations.

The number of operating hours and power cycles is displayed:
A lifetime histogram of device temperatures is displayed. Move the mouse over the temperature bars to see the exakt number of operating hours spent at that temperature.
The histogram displays the distribution of the lowest (blue) and highest (red) temperature encountered during every operating hour. It is sampled over the whole life of the device. The histogram can be used to determine the environmental conditions the device had to endure.
For example, if the blue and red bars are on one another and show a cluster, one can assume a climate controlled environment. On the other hand, high minimum temperatures indicate an uncontrolled environment. Temperatures over 60 degrees should be avoided.
