Bringing extensive experience in broadcast operations, live production workflows and content creation, Giaroli will play a key role in strengthening the connection between DirectOut’s users and its product development teams, helping ensure that customer feedback directly shapes future innovations. 

Davide Giaroli joins DirectOut with a broad background spanning professional broadcasting, content production and technical support. His expertise combines a deep understanding of complex audio environments with hands-on operational experience, providing valuable insight into the daily challenges faced by engineers, system integrators and production professionals. 

In his newly created role, Giaroli will work across both Customer Support and Product Development activities, helping to transform real-world user requirements into intuitive workflows and enhanced product experiences. By acting as a bridge between customers, support teams and engineering, he will contribute to the ongoing evolution of DirectOut’s Audio Solution Model and software ecosystem.
