PRODIGY

Please check the IP address via the front panel. Update mode might receive a differing IP address by a DHCP server.
Yes. Only basic settings can be accessed via the front panel and web UI.
Yes. A native OSC license is available and required to run OSC standalone in the PRODIGY. Globcon is only required to initially configure the OSC system.
DirectOut offers a range of suitable SFP modules for both MADI and network. Other (MSA compliant) modules may be used, too.
Port 1: 192.168.0.1 Port 2: DHCP
Yes. Please use globcon’s RAV.IO plugin which provides access to the browser interface of RAV.IO. Network access to the RAVENNA module is required.
No. Control of the module is provided through one of the module’s network ports only (Default is Port 1).
The default IP address of NIC1 of the RAV.IO is 192.168.0.1. NIC2 is set to obtain its IP address from a DHCP server by default. Please connect to the MGMT port of the PRODIGY mainframe housing the RAV.IO with a computer running the latest version of globcon, open the plugin for this PRODIGY device, select 'Settings' > 'Slots'. Below the network port you can read out the IP address of the RAV.IO and even change the network settings of the RAV.IO via the gearwheel symbol. For older firmware versions please connect a computer running globcon to NIC1 of the RAV.IO and use the 'Ethernet Discovery' function inside globcon to detect the RAV.IO via mDNS/Bonjour. Alternatively, please connect the device directly to your computer and use a mDNS browser or IP scanner tool to determine its current IP address.  Angry IP Scanner (Windows) Discovery App (macOS)

Please try the following steps: - Use a different USB port on your computer - Try using a USB (2.0) hub in between - Try to use a different PC - Try using Windows 7 (e.g. in a virtual machine)
You need Windows and Parallels with customized settings for the hardware - USB port. You may check the video tutorial at this link.
